We are a family run business offering luxury self-catering holiday accommodation on our converted farm in Wiltshire. Ford Farm Barns is on the outskirts of the historic town of Bradford-on-Avon and only 8 miles east of the world-renowned city of Bath. Set within beautiful countryside and conveniently located for many attractions, we offer the perfect retreat for a family holiday, celebration with friends or business event.
Our Properties
We offer flexible accommodation for groups of up to 27 people across 3 adjacent properties. Book the Farmhouse & Coach House to sleep 21 (10 bedrooms) or add the Hayloft to sleep 27 (13 bedrooms). Twelve bedrooms can be configured as either Super King or Twin, plus a thirteenth bedroom with double bed and single bunk above. Guests booking the Farmhouse have exclusive use of the swimming pool (May-Sep), tennis court, children’s playground and garden games. For smaller groups, individual properties are available for selected dates.

Farmhouse | 6 Bedrooms
The Farmhouse sleeps 13 adults across 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (2 ensuite). A fully equipped kitchen, dining room seating 32 people and games room make it the ideal venue for a family holiday or celebration. Farmhouse guests have exclusive use of the outdoor heated swimming pool (open May-Sep), tennis court, playground and garden games.

Coach House | 4 Bedrooms
The Coach House sleeps 8 adults across 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 ensuite). This modern barn conversion provides comfortable open plan living with log burner, fully equipped kitchen, private walled garden, patio and gas BBQ. It’s only a short walk across the courtyard to the Farmhouse if you are renting both properties.

Hayloft | 3 Bedrooms
The Hayloft sleeps 6 adults across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This converted barn offers spectacular countryside views. The property features an open plan kitchen/lounge, private walled garden, patio and gas BBQ. It’s a short walk to the Farmhouse & Coach House if renting all of our properties, but private enough to be rented on its own for smaller groups.

There’s plenty to do during your stay at Ford Farm Barns. Guests booking the Farmhouse can enjoy our outdoor heated swimming pool (open May-Sep). Challenge the family to a tennis match on our all-weather court or raid the games shed for a spot of croquet on the lawn. Spend an afternoon tiring the kids out with a game of football or let them loose in the children’s play area. Take the dog for a stomp through the beautiful surrounding countryside. In the evening, get the whole group together for a grand dinner in the Garden Room. Then at the end of the day, take a soak with our luxury toiletries, before sleeping peacefully on our pillow-top Hypnos mattresses.

Ford Farm Barns is set within 30 acres of gardens, arable farmland and woodland. Each property is fully equipped for a luxurious stay including dedicated parking and private gardens. Additional Services
We have a variety of suppliers who are familiar with our property. Private dining can be easily arranged by contacting one of our catering providers. Add an indulgent touch to your stay with massage and aromatherapy at the property. Brush up on your tennis skills or occupy the kids with some tennis coaching. We also have our own stretch tent available should you require shelter for an outside event at Ford Farm Barns.

With world-class attractions on our doorstep you won’t be short of things to do in the surrounding area. The UNESCO World Heritage city of Bath is only 15 minutes away or explore the beautiful Bradford-on-Avon just down the road. For a fun-filled day for all the family, head to Longleat Safari Park and House - as an official accommodation partner for Longleat we can provide a 20% discount on day tickets. Alternatively pop across to our neighbours at Cumberwell Park for a round of golf, discover one of the nearby National Trust properties or enjoy sampling the many local restaurants and pubs.
