Children
All ages welcome. We can provide toddler floor beds (2 available) and cots (3 available) if required.

Pets
Well behaved dogs are welcome if kept downstairs and off beds & furniture. Please do not allow your dog to roam the grounds unattended. To avoid damage to the swimming pool cover and liner dogs are not permitted in the pool area. There is a cleaning charge of £30 per dog (with exception of assistance dogs).

Noise Policy
The property is set in private grounds with neighbouring residential homes. Please limit any loud music playing inside the house so it cannot be heard outside. After 10pm please treat the terraces and gardens around the house as quiet areas.

Check In & Check Out Times
Earliest check in is 4pm. Latest check in is 11pm. We kindly ask that you check out by 10am (extended to 4pm for Sunday departures upon request).

Damage Deposit
Please note there is a refundable damage deposit of £1500, payable with the balance.

Smoking
No smoking or vaping inside.
